Your thinking is yours.

These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and Scrillium. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.
Scrillium is a writing tool that helps you see how your thinking evolves. You write notes, organize them into spaces, and the app finds connections between your ideas over time.
Everything you write in Scrillium belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership or license over your notes, links, or any content you create. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
Promotion codes, when offered, apply the discount described at checkout. They cannot be combined, transferred, or redeemed for cash. We may expire or modify promotion codes at any time.
We work hard to keep Scrillium running, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Occasional downtime for maintenance or unexpected issues may occur. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. The privacy policy is part of these terms.
We encrypt sensitive fields in the database and take reasonable measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure. We are transparent about our approach in our Privacy Policy.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may close your account if you violate these terms, with notice when possible. If we close your account, you will have 30 days to export your data.
Scrillium is provided as-is. We do our best to keep your data safe and the service running, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. If we make changes that affect your rights, we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Scrillium after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
